Terms of Use.

1. Who we are
This website is run by Purispira, Delhi NCR. The seller of Purispira packages, products and services is named in the footer of every page. Brand and product names belong to their owners. Purispira is an independent advisor and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by these brands unless we say so.
2. What Purispira sells, and what retailers sell
Purispira sells its own packages, kits and services on this site. When you place an order with us, your contract is with Purispira, at the price shown, on these terms, our Service Terms, our Shipping and Delivery page and our Cancellation and Refunds policy. A purifier in a package is billed at or below the MRP printed on its box and carries the maker's warranty.
Buttons marked "Machine only" go to retailers. When you buy there, your contract is with the retailer, on the retailer's terms, price, delivery and returns policy. For machine-only purchases, the retailer shows the delivery date at checkout.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are in rupees and final, including delivery and visits inside our service area. Once our GST registration is granted, prices in the cart include GST; until then no GST is charged. Business offers sold against a proforma on our business page are priced before GST: none is charged before our registration, and 18 percent is added after it, except the lines that page names as final prices. Orders are prepaid; we take no cash on delivery. An order is confirmed when your payment, or your reservation, reaches us and we confirm it on WhatsApp. Items marked "Pre-order" cost nothing until they ship. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we tell you before taking payment, and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Figures and accuracy
Performance figures are the makers' own as published on the dates shown. We check them carefully but cannot guarantee them, and makers may change them. Budget bands for machine-only buys use prices we saw on the date shown, only as filters.
5. Affiliate links
Affiliate: Purispira earns a commission when you buy through our retailer links, at no extra cost to you. Retailers set the price and handle delivery. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
6. Sealing and airing
Sealing products and visits come with an airing guide. You agree to air sealed rooms as the guide says and not to use an angithi, coal, kerosene or gas heater in a sealed room. We do not seal a room heated that way.
7. Fair use
Please do not copy the site in bulk, misuse the forms or try to break the site. Product names and marks belong to their owners.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Purispira is not liable for a retailer's acts on machine-only purchases, for a maker's warranty decisions, or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Delhi. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
