Where we deliver
Delhi NCR: pincodes starting 110, 121, 122, 201 and 203. Until our GST registration comes through, goods (kits, purifiers, filters and masks) go only to Delhi pincodes (110), because supplying goods from Delhi to Gurugram or Noida needs GST registration. Gurugram and Noida open for goods the day it comes through; until then those pincodes can join the waitlist at checkout. Services with no goods, such as Filter Club and Air Reports, are open across Delhi NCR.

Purifiers in packages
Within 2 days of payment for models in stock: the Honeywell Air Touch V1, V2 and V5 and the Eureka Forbes 355, once our supplier is signed (expected 20 to 26 October). The Philips AC0920 and Qubo Q400 are reserved now and delivered in the peak weeks; we confirm the date when your unit is allotted. We promise a date only for models in stock. If we miss the promised window, you get a full refund.
Kits and masks
The Room Seal Kit and Whole Home Seal ship by Delhivery Surface in a small box, usually 2 to 4 days within Delhi, from about 26 October. N95 Office Boxes are delivered to your office; we confirm the day on WhatsApp. Delivery is included in the price.
Visits and car swaps
At your home, office or parking, at a slot we confirm on WhatsApp, between 10 am and 7 pm. Clean Room Visits within 48 hours of payment. Typical durations: Free Room Test about 20 minutes, Clean Room Visit about 1 hour for one bedroom, Clean Cabin Swap 10 to 20 minutes.
Machine-only purchases
The retailer ships them. For machine-only purchases, the retailer shows the delivery date at checkout.
