For each person we deliver a Honeywell Air Touch V2 or Philips AC0920 (both makers list a CADR of 250 m3/h, enough for a room of about 200 sq ft by our rule), set it up, seal the room's gaps, read PM2.5 before and after, and follow up once. HR gets a set-up log, and readings go to the company only if the employee agrees. ₹13,999 per employee, minimum 25. The perquisite rule for gifts uses a ₹15,000 limit in aggregate for the tax year (Income-tax Rules 2026, Rule 15(5)(a)), so count other gifts to the same person. We do not seal a room heated with an angithi, coal, kerosene or a gas heater.

Each swap takes about 15 minutes, and each owner gets their AC vent reading before and after on WhatsApp. The RWA or company pays by bank transfer, or owners pay at the stall at the same price. Minimum 25 cars. We collect only name, phone and registration number, and use them only for the booking.
